New update January 2021:
Just to let you know we have been busy putting precautions in place to start hiring again to private households where only members of the same household or support bubble can use the bouncy castle. We have made a guide to show how this can be done which you will receive when you make a bouncy castle booking with us.
We know of many companies who have continued to hire through the coronavirus lock downs like nothing has even happened. Which we think is very unprofessional that they are putting profit before safety. Being a professional full time business, It’s always our aim to put the safety and well being of our customers before anything else. This is why we stand by our decision to stop hiring during the coronavirus lock down until we had the right precautions in place to continue to hire you our safe bouncy castles.
We now have the equipment and resources in place to start hiring again. Officially we will back hiring on 1st of April 2021 but if the governments advice changes and certain restrictions are lifted we could be back hiring even earlier.
If the date does change we will update this page. If you already have a booking with us you will receive the guide by email which explains everything will have in place to start hiring our bouncy castle and inflatables in Northampton & Northamptonshire once again.
New update February 2021:
We are officially back hiring our bouncy castles outside from the 1st of April 2021, you can book online now for any parties in April and onwards. Due to certain restrictions and guidelines regarding the coronavirus we can only hire to private households, please see below:
THE STAY AT HOME PARTY
The stay at home party is where only members of the same household or part of the same support bubble can use the bouncy castle whilst it’s on hire to you. You will receive a full guide when booking with us which will explain everything in detail, regarding the cleaning of the bouncy castle and how we will be able deliver the bouncy castle safely by keeping to the governments guidelines during the coronavirus outbreak.
The guide will explain in full detail the key points below.
- Social distance delivery.
- Cleaning of the bouncy castle.
- Safety equipment supplied to staff.
- Contactless payment options.
All staff will be supplied with the safety equipment below.
- Hand sanitiser
- Hand wipes
- Work gloves
- Face masks
The above is all dependent on the governments advice, and is likely to change as certain restrictions are lifted.
During the coronavirus outbreak we can only deliver our bouncy castles to you if you have separate access to your garden through either a side or back gate, outbuilding or garage.
All our bouncy castles and inflatables are annually PIPA tested by a registered RPII inspector. Please click here for more information regarding bouncy castle safety.
