I was really pleased I chose the right supplier for my daughters party. She was really pleased with the bouncy castle as were her friends.
The service and communication was absolutely 5 star. Luke keep me informed with the delivery and also provided us with extra time at no extra cost.
He also ensured everything was safely installed and located in the best place to ensure safety for kids.
I'll definitely be contacting them again for the next event.

This is the second experience I have had of hiring equipment from Mad Bouncy Castles and once again, they were fantastic! We hired the Mega Bouncer, Inflatable slide, Soft play and Didi cars for a school fete and we were given a special discount which really helped with our fundraising! The company were extremely quick to respond to any queries we had leading up to the event, and they sent loads of useful information about setting up and using the equipment safely. When they arrived on the day, they were punctual, professional and friendly. They set up the equipment quickly, and gave us a clear demo of how to operate the power supply to the inflatables. When the event was over, I phoned them to say we were ready for them to collect it earlier than planned. They came promptly and took care of all the packing away for us. I would 100% use this company again and would recommended them to anyone who needs inflatables for a small party or big event. They make you feel like you’re in very safe hands and it was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish! Thank you so much to Luke and the rest of the team at Mad Bouncy Castles :-)

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Really easy to communicate with and such reasonable pricing. Lots of choices of bouncy castles to choose from. Made party planning that little less stressful. Mad Bouncy Castle was a brilliant company to deal with, excellent communication and when there was an issue with the castle I hired, they solved it instantly and gave us a bigger better castle, which I have say was spot on for our party, all the kids loved it. We also hired 4 didi cars with our package and everyone loved them, they were a huge hit, my son didn't want to get off them! Setting up and clearing away of the.castle was done so excellently, I didn't even really notice it going up or going down it just seemed to happen! very impressed with Mad Bouncy Castles - worth every penny as the kids were entertained for hours. Will definitely use again in the future.
